RAND can machine sheaves and pulleys up to 4" wide, in diameters ranging from 1-1/2" to 30". We can also bolt together pulleys up to 8" wide for larger applications or Capstand Pulleys.
Because all of our pulleys are machined from virgin materials, they will run concentric with less wobble than molded products. This makes them an excellent replacement device, in terms of quality. By CNC machining with virgin stock, we are able to offer a much wider range of groove configurations than the competition.
